1 cup self-rising flour

1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

1. Blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

2. Mix with self-rising flour to form a dough.

3. Knead on a floured surface and divide into four pieces.

4. Roll each piece into a rope and form bagels.

5. Brush with egg wash and add toppings.

6. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes or air fry at 350°F for 12–14 minutes.

7. Let cool before slicing or freezing.
